All UK orders come with complimentary free delivery & typically arrive within 1-2 working days. International orders may take 7-14 working days depending on destination & customs processing. We always aim to make delivery as fast as possible

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage or alteration will not be accepted. To initiate a return or exchange contact us at info@chaptersclo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your item is received and inspected we’ll process your request within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the consumer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Each piece comes with specific care instructions. We recommend following them closely to preserve the quality, texture & structure of the garment. Our pieces are made to last - and with the right care, they will.
